Our first Standards

On tuesday september 2nd, we had our first community standards meeting.

The residents who were present came up with these standards (which are on the main community standards poster):

• Respect each other's property and opinions
  
• Keep hallways clean and trash free
  
• only one person speaks at a time at floor meetings
  
• monthly social
  
• rewards for good behavior
  

These are up for discussion of how to implement them:

• Air conditioning during floor meetings and events
  
• informative decorations
  
• rewards for good behavior
  
• social events for our floor (maybe invite other residents from other buildings or floors)
  
• having a tutor come for our floor
  

If you want to discuss any, state the standard before talking about it so we are on track

and follow the first standard (respect eachother )
